When you own a Sarnia E-Bikes product, be rest assured that our service department will look after your needs after the sale, and during and beyond the warranty period. We will provide you with expert advice and continuous technical support when required. If you experience any trouble at all, contact us ASAP and leave the guess work with us. We have some parts on hand, but if needed we can order parts in, which should only take a few days. We at Sarnia E-Bikes repair our products and products from other sellers. We are aware that retailers may or are getting into the e-bike business also. These places however may not be offering much of a warranty if any at all, or they may not have a service department. We will take care you, even if you sway away from buying here, as long as we can get parts for that bike. We will try to work with these retailers to keep you on the road. The hourly rate for repairing products out of warranty is:
$45/hour.
Cost of Written Estimate
$20 flat fee, paid ahead of time, which will be waived if customer
decides to go ahead with repair. Customer will receive a written
quote of length of labour and parts required to fix the problem. |
