Our Promise to our Customers

- We WILL match any local competitor’s price on the same bike even if it has a different model name, as long as it is the same bike. Most dealers name their own bikes. They must however be a dealer for e-bikes.

- We WILL work on all bikes here in Sarnia, we do NOT send parts or bikes away for repair. We however may need to order parts, but they will be ordered from a Canadian source.

- The PDI fee covers assembly, testing, and your warranty. If you do not wish for this and want to assemble yourself, you can, but you will not get the warranty.

- We WILL do our best to help out with any questions, before and after the purchase of your bike.

- We WILL always put the customer first.
